Join Jeff A. Kohlman, a leading industry expert on airport management and compliance, for a focused workshop designed specifically for airport managers. This interactive session will provide practical strategies for ensuring compliance with FAA Airport Sponsor Assurances, developing effective leasing, rents, and fee policies, and managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from start to finish. Participants will also gain valuable tools and techniques to strengthen their negotiation skills, improve tenant relations, and implement leasing practices that support both regulatory compliance and financial sustainability.

SPEAKER

Jeff has over 35 years of FBO and airport management, operation, planning, development, and consulting experience. Jeff regularly works and consults with federal and state aviation agencies; national, regional, and state aviation associations; airport sponsors; aviation businesses; and aircraft owners/operators on a variety of aviation industry management topics.

For the last 30 years, Jeff has been the lead instructor for AAAE's Airport Management and Compliance Workshop and is currently the lead instructor for AAAE's ACE Finance and ACE General

Aviation Airport Management courses. In addition, Jeff has conducted workshops and made presentations on behalf of AAAE, NATA, NBAA, NASAO, and many regional and state aviation associations on a variety of aviation management topics, including strategic planning, airport sponsor assurances, airport governance and management, aviation business management, FAA compliance, and leasing best practices.
