• Early arrivals can meet up at 6 pm on Thursday at Charleston’s to say hello.

• Light breakfast and coffee, and catered lunch served on Friday.

• Park in short-term parking and bring the ticket inside for validation.

• Find the elevator on the second level on the right side of the American Airlines ticket counter.  Once in the elevator, call the phone number on the panel and the receptionist will allow the elevator to the third floor.  Turn right out of the elevator and find the receptionist who will direct you to the conference room.
