Leasing Workshop 

In this workshop, Sheri will provide a comprehensive overview of TUL and RVS’s Leasing Policy, Minimum Standards, and standard sublease agreements. Attendees will gain practical insight into the requirements and processes governing both private hangar leases and commercial operator agreements. The session will highlight key provisions, compliance considerations, and best practices to help airport operators, tenants, and stakeholders better understand and navigate leasing and subleasing arrangements.

Sheri Rider is the Contracts & Concessions Manager for the Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust, responsible for overseeing tenant leases, concessions agreements, and contract compliance. She manages key contract milestones, supports tenant and stakeholder relationships, and monitors concession performance and revenue. As a a Certified Member of AAAE and an Oklahoma Certified Airport Professional, Sheri is committed to advancing excellence in airport business management and customer service.
